February 2016

Marco hopes to encourage our dealers to make payment on goods purchased from Marco through online interbank GIRO to take advantage of the cheaper charges imposed by BNM.  In line with this, we are now running an Online Payment Promotion whereby we encourage our esteemed dealers to bank in your payment through GIRO. 

The Promotion duration is from 1st February 2016 to 30th June 2016. For more infomation and details on the promotion, please contact our sales representative or contact our HQ.

July 2016

Marco hopes to improve our service level and shorten the turnaround time for repairs.  As part of the improvement plans, we would like to inform all our esteemed customers that effective 15 July 2016, Marco will no longer call our customers and end consumers for quotation confirmation on out-of-warranty repairs that cost less than RM50 (including GST; labour fees and courier fees if any).  Marco will proceed with repairs and arrange to send out the repaired goods accordingly. 

December 2016

Effective 20th December 2016 onwards, customers are strictly advised to check parcel content & quantity on the spot, and if there is any lost or damage please report to Marco within 7 days from date of recorded by courier companies on their consignment note upon delivery. Marco will not entertain and responsible for any discrepancy issue if report is made above 7 days.
